Welcome to AM PACIFIC LAB ("we", "our", "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, including your registration, orders, and referral activities. By accessing or using the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Franchise Account Registration
To access wholesale pricing and referral features, you must register an franchise account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information, including your name, email, NRIC (IC), and delivery address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities under your account.
3. Franchise's Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Not sell the product below the price listed on the website
- Not sell the product on other e-commerce platform such as SHOPEE and/or LAZADA etc
- Not misuse the referral system (e.g., fake accounts or fraudulent downlines).
- Ensure all information provided is accurate and up-to-date.
- Use the platform in compliance with Malaysian law.
- Only place orders intended for legitimate wholesale resale or personal distribution.
4. Referral Program
Each franchise registered user will receive a unique referral link which can be shared to recruit downlines into the AM PACIFIC LAB wholesale program.
Multi-Generation Commission Structure
Once qualified, users may earn commissions from up to three (3) generations of their downlines:
- 1st Generation: 8% commission
- 2nd Generation: 5% commission
- 3rd Generation: 4% commission
Commission Eligibility Requirement
To activate and maintain your eligibility for 3-generation commissions, you must meet all the following conditions:
- You must be an active franchise, meaning you have made a purchase of AM PACIFIC LAB product yourself;
- You must have successfully referred at least 10 active 1st Generation downlines;
- Each of these 10 first-generation franchise must have made a confirmed purchase of AM PACIFIC LAB PRODUCT.
If any of the above conditions are not met, you will not be entitled to earn commissions from your downlines for that period
Consignment Period
All Franchise (including their downlines) are granted a 1-month consignment period to sell the products they receive. This period begins from the date of product delivery. During this period, franchise can sell first and pay later
Commission Payment Condition
Commissions will only be paid once the referred downline has successfully made payment to the company for their consignment stock. If a downline fails to make payment within the current month, the commission for that individual will be postponed to the following month (or until payment is made).
However, if you are not active (i.e., you haven't placed an order in that month), you forfeit the right to claim commission from your downlines, even if they have paid. Commissions will only resume when you reactivate your status.
Misuse or Abuse
Any misuse of the referral system, including fraudulent accounts, self-referrals, or attempts to manipulate the commission structure, will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all unpaid commissions.
5. Order and Delivery
- We only sell physical products.
- Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days.
- Delivery within Malaysia typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
- Tracking numbers will be provided via email once orders are shipped.
6. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted only if the AM LAB Hydra Lift Water Boom Mask arrives damaged. To initiate a return:
- Contact us within 3 days of receiving the item.
- Provide clear photo evidence of the damage.
- Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.
7. Personal Data Protection
We collect and store personal data including:
- Full Name
- Email Address
- NRIC (IC)
- Shipping Address
This information is used solely for account management, order processing, and referral tracking. We take appropriate measures to ensure your data is protected in compliance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
8. Copyright and Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, product images, logos, graphics, and software, is the property of AM PACIFIC LAB and is protected by Malaysian copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use or misuse of our website, services, or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the products you purchased.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of those changes.
